One of our digital call center’s favorite group activities is volunteering in our community. When our team of virtual receptionists are not answering your business’s telephone calls, we’re out supporting various charities and volunteer groups in the Orlando, Florida area. We find it incredibly important to give back to those in need and love rolling up our sleeves to help in any way we can.

It’s not that volunteers have all this extra time in their lives to devote to helping others. The beautiful thing about volunteers is that we ‘make’ the time to help others. Being a 24-hour digital call center, our virtual receptionists have shifts that are highly irregular. Our team has to provide phone coverage during the graveyard shifts, over the weekend and throughout the night. However, we still find time to come together and serve food at our favorite soup kitchen or pack healthy meals for hungry children.
