Ms. Primicerio began A Courteous Communications in 1986 with nothing but one client and one virtual receptionist, herself. Over the years her dedication, hard work and wise business ventures have helped her build the largest telephone answering service in Central Florida; top 10% in the USA and was one of the first in her industry to take it global.
Ms. Pearson began working at A Courteous Communications as a virtual receptionist when she was just a teenager. Her hunger to learn more about the industry, her impeccable work ethic and her ability to lead has made her the right-hand gal and director of operations of A Courteous ever since starting with the company 25 years ago.
Ms. Dochod’s role at A Courteous ranges from supervising our virtual receptionists and creating a work-of-art time schedule for our 24 hour services to assisting our client relations department with the needs and wants of our valued customers. Her bubbly personality and kind disposition has kept a friendly order in our operators’ room for nearly 20 years.
Ms. Kendrick has been with A Courteous Communications for 25 years and she provides elite account and billing specialist assistance to our corporation and our valued clients. There is no problem too big or too small that this friendly and knowledgeable member of our family can’t help with.
Ms. Stalvey has been with a Courteous Communications for over 5 years and serves as our life-saving assistant to the executives. Janice makes sure to keep all the employee files in order and assists in the day-to-day operations of the telephone answering service. Ms. Stalvey is also a favorite amongst the employees because she plans, decorates and coordinates all office parties which include birthdays, holidays, luncheons and even fun calendar days like National Fudge Day or Wear a Tiara Day!
Mr. Pearson, for over 12 years, has definitely been the go-to-guy in the office; as he is experienced and trained in every aspect of our programming and account software. Keith is the one that makes all of our clients’ unique call answering specifications come to life with the help of our modern technology and various systems. Mr. Pearson also assists in acquiring daily recording samples taken from our live agents for quality assurance evaluation.
