October 2, 2015, Orlando, FL —  A Courteous Communications has been honored with the exclusive 2015 Award of Excellence by CAM-X at their 51st Annual Convention and Trade Show held at Hilton Doubletree in Chareston, SC. The highly coveted award is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call center services including telephone answering and message delivery. CAM-X awards companies based on proven excellence in the telecommunication industry. This year, A Courteous Communications, took home this prestigious award based on their strong work ethic and dedication to customer service.

The Award of Excellence program is a ‘mystery caller’ program that offers qualifying call centers the opportunity to have their virtual  agents evaluated by an independent panel of judges. Spanning a 6-month period, the ‘mystery callers’ conduct test calls to participating call centers based on provided information. At the completion of the program, two independent judges will listen to the recordings of these calls and assess a score based on a pre-determined point scoring system. 

 The scoring criteria includes:

  • • Response Time
  • • Courteousness of Agent
  • • Accuracy of Call
  • • Knowledge of Account
  • • Overall Impression of Call
