The length of the monitoring program, coupled with the low mystery call rate makes certain that the observers are receiving the call center’s average customer service experience.

The Final Customer Service Grade– Each business answering service that participates in ATSI’s competition receives an overall grade on the quality of the 10 mystery calls taken.
