Message From the President and Founder
I am pleased to announce A Courteous Communications is celebrating a birthday on June 12th.
We opened our doors for business June 12, 1986, 28 years ago. I want to thank each and every one of our customers for their trust in us to provide them with the best telephone answering service available. To me, it seems that a company in our industry that has expanded and grown, and continues to do so, for nearly 30 years is a success.
Everyone who knows me knows my motto, ‘Our success depends on your success’. Sometimes we are the first contact your potential customer may have with your organization. We are constantly reminding our team the importance of each and every call they answer. Our agents answer calls in all industries; from physician offices to restaurant reservation call handling to dispatching after-hour service calls. You name it we answer it and do so with highly professional and trained agents.
Speaking of my amazing staff, I also want to thank each and every team member for their dedication and loyalty. Some of our employees have been with the company for 15, 20 and even 25 years! I think their loyalty to and tenure with A Courteous Communications really shows what kind of company culture we have. We aren’t just colleagues, supervisors, agents and administrative assistants to each other, we are family.

Ms. Primicerio began A Courteous Communications in 1986 with nothing but one client and one virtual receptionist, herself. Over the years her dedication, hard work and wise business ventures have helped her build the largest telephone answering service in Central Florida; top 10% in the USA and was one of the first in her industry to take it global.

Ms. Pearson began working at A Courteous Communications as a virtual receptionist when she was just a teenager. Her hunger to learn more about the industry, her impeccable work ethic and her ability to lead has made her the right-hand gal and director of operations of A Courteous ever since starting with the company 25 years ago.
